Well it's too late to tell the result of my trip in December. Here is a summary Express: After Washington, we went to New York, it was still amazing but we were very tired, too much to enjoy as it should, I was on the road for nearly a month, Julien and Mehdi have done so tourists while Sarah and I were walking in Soho for shopping mostly!
I realized that this blog became a book of travel has to be default a true story of my Canadian daily: so today I remedied by talking about my wonderful roommates!
We are 8 in our house: Chris Paul, Andrew, David, Mark, Ross, Elyse and me!
It is a cliché idea as the girl who has spent a year abroad, who is happy and that means a great with his roommates but I kind of cliche, I tend to!
I was very lucky because my roommates all knew each other before they met in first year university and the lifestyle here is different ( Students living on campus residences) links are created very quickly and they are quickly becoming great friends! Yet they never shunned me! Very quickly, they told me their stories about the previous year, they took me everywhere with them the first few weeks, I have presented to their friends. In short, they took care of me and the current is happening naturally and rapidly between us!

2nd year bio-chemistry-Prague-born parents as the house-party animal has a blonde girlfriend who is currently in pajamas with her UGGS-Rotor-whoopee-is never still meeting because he is elected to student council, is a senator representing the university-in the club is a theater-Soph (handles events for first years and international) - always ask questions before the film makes fun of me- when I look at Dawson but remains curiously watching the episode until the end-tape on my door at 1.30am and arrives with cheese toast and a glass of wine to make me happy ...
Ross - Or the one who spoke French
2nd year French and economics - odd-lonely-great player coming to the Sciences Po Lille next year - has a Halloween walk in 3 different parties with a dildo kitchen each week for everyone to choose muffins, brownies or cookies, my cache has a Halloween pumpkin-elected student councils, has the alcohol which makes it even more bizarre-tries to convince me to do Frisbee every Sunday (good luck for that ...) - has a way very special to fill the dishwasher - is always there for me to say a few words of french when I need it!
Elyse-Or the one that was the most original girl-never met
2nd year Literature - Mad-intelligent-funny-fan of Andrea Boccelli-not sleeping 5 hours every night before - then takes a shower every night 4:30 - manic-love-obsessed Dr. House by food-panic-social afraid of raccoons-hate big parties with lots of people she knows it - is a fan of wrestling-a-sheets Harley Davidson has a huge poster of a wrestler with long hair to above his bed for hours discussing with me in our shared bathroom at night-is-always smiling girls who hate girls too - plays hard - but told her father that she loves him at the end of all their telephone conversations FOOD-looking chain-hate for hours every series I watch but sits down with me to please me - tries to french "nourritioure me" "fuck your mother" "I'm perdiou" - speaks very fast when she's happy, is a fan of startrek- not a girl like the others ...
Chris - Or the one who was always first to Mariokart-
2nd year Business - loves video games - always first to Mariokart - TRUE fan of Friends - tennis fan - childish-funny-eat constantly - but weighs less than me - is lazy - takes pity on my nullity Mariokart then gives me tips on how to beat the other (but certainly not him) - mocks my way of saying Apple matress and igloo - ask me many questions about my life in France and confided to me because as he said to annoy me, no longer remember my name in 5 months - trying to build myself a film culture - look at me with his child's eyes when he does not understand his French homework-look Friends almost every day with me for 1 hour 30 minutes - tells me he has been drinking alcohol that next year there will be the same!
Mark - Or one that was the nicest person in the world! -
2nd year Asian Studies - Password his time apologizing to exist - is exchanged with the Japan next year - is gay - and apologized for being constantly - has been very bad adventures in high school - since a lot wrong with trusting people around him - always ask if can stay with us while living in the same house! - Is a rave every weekend in Toronto - is a vegetarian-only black-dress that has a gas mask at night with big scary peaks above - from emailing me to see if it can come talk to me - and just talk until after 7am in the morning every weekend-is very interested in French culture - but more by the Asian culture - brings me back Italian wine after each holiday guilt eat my chocolate, so bring me back a carton of 10 boxes of macaroni and cheese - interesting - shifts - continues to amaze me everyday!
Paul - Or one that was the best-
2nd year History - Sarcastic - everyone hates - sandwiches made-mental patient puts ketchup on everything - is a fan of Lost, House and always drinks the ice tea that makes him even weird by mixing a powder and water - always leaves his spoon in his glass and stirring constantly - is my roommate - insult everyone when he plays in network - tion all the time - watching the discovery channel for hours, always laughs at me and series I watch, saying "Faustina Ooooooooh ..." - Is still discussion meetings between roommates in his room at 2 in the morning was in his high school marching band, playing the saxophone - known in the real Rock N Roll-spends his time to explain that half the people on this planet have no common sense - is what I would be if were a boy!
Andrew - Or the one who was a fan of curling -
2nd year history - Rich- has a flat screen mentally ill in his bedroom +
computers plus two laptops - a chevaliere bigger than his finger that I am still sore eyes - is corny - is a fan of curling but the spleen selection test for the varsity team - always comes with me clubber - stopped talking when he drinks - was a gold chain - send me summaries of all readings to do for our history class because he knows that I will not read them - has made travel madness - never eat, I learn a lot about the history and Canadian culture - all the time wonder why I do not give friends and family to move to Canada!
That, my roommates are special, I love them, this home is just the gathering of nerds and nolife of high school, they are brilliant, funny and different.
We spend hours talking about chocolate the week of beers at the weekend, saw the house twice between 3h and 23h every day that the rest of the day! We play video games, we cook together, we eat out, we will at the movies, eat pizza, we watch series, we come together in Paul's room or Elyse ...
I realize that they make every day of this year, the best of all!
